This Sunday at Resurrection:
December 31, 10am
(First Sunday after Christmas, Luke 2.41-52)
In the season of Christmas, we learn a lot about the birth of Jesus and His family, mother Mary and Joseph. We, too, are a part of Christ’s holy family born in baptism
and made a brother of Jesus. As we end the year, let us reflect on how can we better
connect with our holy family.
“International Night” dinner, Sat. February 3
Come one and all to LCR’s “International Night” potluck dinner, Feb. 3, 6:30pm-11:00pm in the lounge. Everyone cooks a dish that celebrates their culinary heritage or of the heritage of their choice. All are welcome and the LCR youth ministry have offered their services to care for and entertain the children. Email: Barbara Hughes

LCR's Annual Blood Drive, usually held in our church, will be held this year at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Pleasantville, Sat. January 20, 2007 9am-2:30pm. Hudson Valley Blood Services, in cooperation with the American Red Cross, will be taking our blood donations. Sign up with Marion Krumlauf in lounge Sundays beginning Dec. 10
to give a “gift of life”. Thank you!
