Good Friday “Shadow Drama,” March 21
Back by popular demand from last year’s emotional performance, come experience the story of the stations of the cross in our “Shadow Drama” as part of Good Friday worship on March 21 at 12pm & 8pm. This is a very moving youth presentation you won’t want to miss!
Monastic meal and prayer, March 22
Join us for a Monastic meal on Saturday, March 22 (Easter Vigil) at 6:30pm to be followed by a brief prayer gathering. This will be a quiet, simple meal and prayers--a time for reflection on what this day meant to the disciples after the Messiah was crucified.

Easter Candy for shut-ins
We invite you to donate bags of individually-wrapped Easter candy for shut-ins and seniors. OUR GOAL IS TO FILL 200 EASTER BASKETS. Please drop candy in box in LCR ambulatory. Baskets assembled this Sunday, March 9 after worship. Volunteers needed!

Easter Flowers
Lilies, tulips and hyacinths are now available for purchase to honor or memorialize someone special by filling out a form this Sunday at worship. Flowers will grace our altar for Easter Sunday. They can be left at LCR or taken home afterward.

Fellowship & Community Ministry
Making Christ known begins at home--our LCR home! A small committee of is being formed to help guide members in organizing LCR fellowship events. Anyone interested in organizing just one event can look at board in lounge. We are open to suggestions as well. One of the committee members will be happy to help you with the planning. Voice of the Martyrs project
We have an opportunity to make Christ known in the lives of displaced and persecuted people in Pakistan and Sudan. Join us in Lent as we collect offerings of clothing and other supplies for Voice of the Martyrs, an interdenominational organization working with Christians around the world who are being persecuted for their faith in Christ. A list of needed items is on a sign-up board outside the Sanctuary doors, and a collection basket is under the Lenten cross in Sanctuary.

First Communion Class
For young children seeking to receive their first communion--held Weds. at 5:30pm, March 12, 19 & 26. First Communion Sunday is March 30. Info: email Ann Marie Heidgerd.
