To respond to a plea from Lutheran World Relief, beginning Saturday, October 18th (and every Saturday thereafter until the end of the year) those women interested in sewing simple quilts for the needy will meet at 10:30 am for a couple of hours in the “women’s sewing room” near the choir room. No difficult sewing skills required. Please consider joining this group. We are pleased to say that Thrivent Financial for Lutherans is funding a large portion of the cost of materials to make these quilts.
